Spring Health is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive multi-million-dollar deals with Fortune 1000–level employers. You’ll own the full sales cycle, generate your own pipeline, and build compelling business cases for CFOs and CHROs using AI-powered insights.

You’ll work remotely with some travel (~20%), partner with brokers and consultants, and shape the territory by identifying high-value opportunities and navigating procurement and legal objections.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.
• Track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
• Ability to generate pipeline and own deals end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel ~20% for closing activity and industry events.

Aufgaben

• Run the full sales cycle into HR, Benefits, and People leaders at large enterprises, from discovery through negotiation to close.
• Self-generate pipeline through brokers, consultants, referrals, and dormant accounts.
• Engage target accounts before a formal RFP process and multi-thread relationships across the buying committee.
• Build ROI-backed business cases for VP and CFO buyers, tailored to each organization's priorities.
• Partner with brokers/benefits consultants to expand SQOs and close strategic deals.
