Job summary

OpsMill is hiring to accelerate onboarding and adoption of Infrahub across European customers. You will lead end-to-end onboarding—from kickoff to a secure, populated deployment—while expanding use cases and acting as a trusted technical partner for a small portfolio of accounts.

You will provide hands-on support, drive discovery and advisory, and enable internal advocates, often coordinating with French-speaking stakeholders. Remote-first across CET/CEST with some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network or infrastructure engineering and/or network automation in production environments.
• Fluent in French and strong professional English; able to lead workshops, write technical documentation, and present to executives in French.
• Proven customer-facing presence with ability to translate complex tech for executives; maintain trust under challenging messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding end‑to‑end—from kickoff to a live, secured Infrahub deployment, and extend with new use cases.
• Own a portfolio of customer accounts: plan monthly engagement, run structured rituals, and act as a trusted technical partner.
• Provide technical support: triage, investigate, reproduce, and escalate to Engineering; communicate clearly with customers.
• Drive technical discovery and advisory: assess environments, guide schema design, integration patterns, and architecture to unlock adoption.
• Champion adoption and expansion: identify new use cases, enable internal advocates, co‑present in demos and exec briefings—often with French-speaking stakeholders.
