Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a senior engineering-operations leader to own the operating system of our engineering org. You’ll manage leadership cadence, OKR/QBR cycles, and a live record of decisions, coordinating with the CTO, executive team, and board-level audiences.

This is a leadership role focused on influence, not direct line authority. You’ll drive cross‑functional delivery, ownership clarity, vendor coordination, and cross‑department initiatives while collaborating with teams across Europe

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in engineering operations and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience turning complex inputs into decisive executive material.
• Fluent English and Russian for internal/external communications.

Responsibilities

• Own leadership cadence for engineering leadership, including director-level syncs.
• Drive quarterly OKR/QBR cycles and maintain a live record of decisions.
• Identify stalled cross‑team work and reassign ownership to close loops.
• Coordinate cross‑department initiatives and vendor/procurement workflows.
