Job summary

INWATEC GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Sales Engineer (M/F/X) for Poland to acquire new customers and support existing ones on-site, with a focus on water treatment chemicals, monitoring systems and related services.

The role requires technical sales experience, a technical education, strong communication, and willingness to travel and work in the field. The position offers a basic salary with sales/profit sharing, a neutral company car for field work, plus laptop and mobile phone.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in technical sales and knowledge of the industry.
Training in natural sciences/technical field (chemistry, wastewater tech, biology or similar).
Good self-organization; plan assignments with customers independently.
Interdisciplinary work, openness to new solutions.
Strong communication at different decision-making levels; confident presence.
Ability to work from home; Class B driving license; field work.
Fluent Polish and English; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Focus on acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers; on-site contact person.
Assist customers in implementing guidelines for industrial water treatment (cooling, boiler, wastewater).
Sell chemicals and solutions, monitoring systems, service and water treatment equipment.
Initiate new business opportunities on-site to strengthen loyalty and expand the customer base.
Participate in seminars/conferences to expand know-how and train colleagues.
