Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) partners with a well-established manufacturer of pharmaceutical plastic packaging to recruit a CEE Sales Manager / Business Developer. This remote role with 50% travel targets Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Croatia, granting you full ownership of the territory and autonomy to shape market approach.

Your mission is to open new accounts, develop distributor partnerships where none exist, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract

Qualifications

7+ years in hunter-focused sales and new business development in rigid plastic manufacturing for pharma.
Experience coordinating with internal teams and managing projects end-to-end.
Ability to work independently/remotely with minimal supervision.
Pharma-related network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop GTM strategy for Eastern European markets (Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia).
Identify and close new business with pharma manufacturers and CMOs.
Build distributor partnerships where none exist.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Coordinate with R&D, production and finance to meet client requirements.
