Job summary

Spyro Soft is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to support international digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on CMS and eCommerce projects. The role covers web platforms, system integrations, migrations, and cross-market delivery across markets and business areas.

You will coordinate business and technology teams, manage plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure alignment with priorities.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in digital transformation, IT, software, or technology-driven environments.
Experience delivering complex implementation or transformation projects.
Fluency in English (C1).
Good practical understanding of Agile ways of working; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
Ability to independently drive projects and manage multiple priorities in parallel.

Responsibilities

Lead digital and technology implementation projects from planning through successful delivery.
Coordinate website implementation, migration, and integration initiatives.
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
Coordinate activities between technical and business teams.
Work with Product Management to align on priorities and outcomes.
Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and escalate blockers when needed.
Collaborate with other Project Managers to improve practices across the organization.
