Job summary

Work Life Group NL in Warsaw is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and business initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and knowledge of PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM, with experience in digital transformation and complex IT projects. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office in Wilanów/Warsaw.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT and business projects.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, enterprise applications, systems integration, infrastructure or cloud projects.
• Experience within leasing, automotive finance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM.
• Experience managing project governance, risk management and change control.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, software delivery lifecycle and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Leading end to end IT and business projects

• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
• Coordinating internal teams, external vendors and implementation partners
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior stakeholders
