Job summary

Spyro Soft is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to support international digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on CMS and eCommerce projects. The role covers web platforms, system integrations, migrations, and cross-market delivery across markets and business areas.

You will coordinate business and technology teams, manage plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure alignment with priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in digital transformation, IT, software, or technology-driven environments.
• Experience delivering complex implementation or transformation projects.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Good practical understanding of Agile ways of working; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
• Ability to independently drive projects and manage multiple priorities in parallel.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to support international digital transformation initiatives within a global organization - we're particularly interested in professionals experienced in CMS and eCommerce area.

The role focuses on delivering digital and technology projects related to web platforms, system integrations, and website implementation and migration activities across different markets and business areas.

You will work in an international environment, coordinating activities between business and technology teams and ensuring that projects move forward according to agreed priorities, timelines, scope, and budget.

This is a hands-on project management role with significant ownership and regular cooperation with stakeholders across Digital, IT, Product, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead digital and technology implementation projects from planning through successful delivery.

• Coordinate website implementation, migration, and integration initiatives.

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

• Coordinate activities and dependencies between technical and business teams.

• Work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and expected outcomes.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Identify potential delivery challenges early and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, timelines, risk registers, and financial reports.

• Establish effective project governance and ensure appropriate delivery controls are in place.

• Manage several initiatives simultaneously while maintaining visibility of priorities and deadlines.

• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and elevate critical risks or blockers when necessary.

• Participate in management and steering discussions related to project delivery.

• Cooperate with other Project Managers and contribute to improving project management practices across the organization.

Nice to Have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

• Experience with digital commerce or customer-facing web platforms.

• Previous involvement in large-scale website migration or integration projects.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

• Understanding of both business and technical aspects of digital transformation projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within digital transformation, IT, software, or technology-driven environments.

• Strong track record of delivering complex implementation or transformation projects.

• Experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders.

• Previous exposure to projects delivered across different countries, regions, or business units would be a strong advantage.

• Good practical understanding of Agile ways of working; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to independently drive projects and take ownership of delivery.

• Confidence working within international, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.

• Fluency in English (C1)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel.

• Experience with project budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with standard project management and collaboration tools; experience with Azure DevOps would be an advantage.
