Job summary

EY GDS in Poland seeks a Supervising Associate in FP&A within the Business Analysis Team, based in Katowice or Wroclaw with a blend of in-office and remote work. You will partner with finance leaders, deliver financial analysis, reporting and planning, and support annual financial processes.

Expect collaboration with data scientists, creation of innovative reporting solutions, and practical strategic insights.

Qualifications

Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (Accounting, Finance).
4+ years of relevant experience in finance/ business analysis with at least 3 years of supervisory, analytical, forecasting and budgeting experience.
Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Taking part and leading planning/forecasting processes; ensure timely completion of planning cycles and reliable reporting/analytics.
Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to drive alignment and support operational initiatives.
Work with data scientists/engineers to co-create data-driven solutions to business problems.
Conduct or support ad-hoc data-driven analyses using diverse data sources and techniques to identify trends and insights.
Deliver monthly performance reviews with insights, financial analysis and commentary.
Respond to ad-hoc financial questions to advance leadership discussion.
Model projections and forward-looking views to identify trends and issues.
