EY GDS Poland is hiring a Digital Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Wrocław, with a hybrid schedule: two days in the office and three days remote. You will support regional rollout of new digital tools and coordinate with global and country project teams.

The role requires strong PM skills, governance experience, and excellent English. You will work with product managers, track scope and timelines, prepare reports, and help publish project documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of corporate experience, ideally in a large multinational organization.
  • 4+ years of core PM domain experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience coordinating function for medium-to-large implementation projects.
  • Experience with digital/web implementation projects.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project management of the regional rollout of new digital tools and technologies and monitor delivery to scope, timing, budget and standards.
  • Coordinate deployment with counterparts in global and country project teams.
  • Work with product managers to understand products as they are rolled out to global/local teams.
  • Identify impacts to timeline and adapt plans; capture and report progress status.
  • Develop governance processes and oversee their implementation, track and report on project status.
  • Attend virtual project meetings and take clear minutes; manage action log and follow-up.
  • Manage logistics for internal meetings, video conferences and workshops; publish project/system documentation.

The opportunity We are looking for Supervising Associate – Assistant/Associate Manager. As part of this team, you will enable complex projects. You will deliver with consistency and provide high-quality services to stakeholders which may include onshore Assistant or Associate Directors across verticals / business segments.

Your key responsibilities In this role you will support the project management of the regional rollout of new digital tools and technologies and monitoring delivery to the established scope, timing, budget and standards. You will work as an important part of a small, remote and diverse project team, coordinating deployment with counterparts in our global and country-based project teams. You will work closely with product managers to gain an understanding of the different products as these are rolled out to the global and local teams. You will be proactively tracking changing requirements, project scope and organization change. Your role will be to identify impacts to timeline and adapt plans accordingly while capturing and communicating regular reporting on progress status. We expect you to support the development of governance processes, and oversee their implementation, closely track and report on project status, identifying trends and escalating potential concerns. You will be attending and playing an integral part in regular virtual project meetings and taking clear and concise minutes to be able to manage action log and follow up with action owners afterwards. You will also manage logistics for internal meetings, video conferences and workshops You will be taking care of creating and publishing project and system documentation as well as proactive handling of recurring admin processes.

Skills and attributes for success

Minimum 6+ years of corporate experience, ideally in a large multinational organization. With 4+ years of core PM domain experience Graduate – bachelor’s degree – Any discipline Experience working in a coordinating function for medium-to-large implementation projects. Excellent project management capabilities, including proven organization and time management skills. Experience setting up Project Governance frameworks. Experience with digital/web implementation projects. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities Knowledge of marketing automation, digital content management and site analytics systems are a strong benefit. Able to work independently, with attention to detail, a proactive approach to making the project succeed, and absolute integrity. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS project, PBI, SharePoint. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. Able to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues at all levels. Strong English language skills. Other relevant languages are beneficial. Proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional teams, in a highly matrixed environment. Some awareness of professional services is nice to have.
