Job summary

PeopleFinders is hiring a Business Support Specialist for a remote, hourly role. The position covers customer support duties by phone, chat and email, with a Fri-Tues schedule and 7:00am PST - 3:30pm PST shifts.

The candidate will review accounts for compliance, handle escalations, approve refunds and generate leadership reports, while balancing multiple priorities to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the customer support or administrative fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated basic computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat and email.
• Review accounts for compliance concerns (Fraud, Chargebacks, FCRA).
• Serve as first level escalation for Customer Care, approve refunds and escalate as needed.
• Prepare reporting and ad hoc project requests from leadership.
• Manage competing priorities to meet customer and business needs.
