Job summary

Uncover is seeking a proactive professional to run our customer success program from the ground up in Warszawa. You will own the customer onboarding-to-retention workflow, ensuring a smooth journey for customers and alignment across teams.

Think of it as a project-manager-in-residence for the customer lifecycle. You will coordinate with sales, accounting, and product, build scalable systems, report progress, and flag issues before they grow.
