Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks a seasoned Customer Success leader to design and run the onboarding-to-retention program from scratch. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams and build scalable processes, acting like a project manager for the customer journey rather than performing every task.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Europe or Latin America. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of $2,500–$3,500, with emphasis on experience and impact.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience managing people or complex processes.
• Strong track record of taking on responsibility without close supervision.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Career pattern showing sustained interest in this type of work.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding-to-retention workflow.
• Direct follow-ups and check-ins to catch and solve problems early.
• Coordinate across sales, accounting, and product as issues arise.
• Build the systems and processes as you go — this role isn't fully defined yet.
• Report progress and flag issues before they become bigger problems.
