Job summary

Stratosphere is seeking a hands-on Client Success/Operations role focused on onboarding and ongoing client relations. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring smooth onboarding after sales and driving retention strategies.

You will execute renewal and upsell-focused activities, working in a fully remote setup with a flexible schedule and high ownership to impact company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience taking over client onboarding after a sale is closed.
• Ability to act as the primary contact for clients and vendors.
