NCH Europe – A Solenis Company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the Sales Operations Director. The role is remote, based in Poland or Romania, and on a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will handle orders, service plans and customer communications while working with sales reps in the field.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Italian and English, with strong IT skills, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Competenze

• Experience in fast-paced customer service and/or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Italian and English fluency.
• Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.
