Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Retention Supervisor based in Poland to lead a high-performing retention team within the fintech and cryptocurrency space. You will own reactivation, repeat transactions, and revenue recovery while guiding outbound engagement, SOPs, and campaign strategy.

You will coach agents, analyse performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to maximize customer engagement and business results. This is a remote, international role offering a monthly USD salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership roles in retention or contact centre operations.
• Track record in customer conversion, retention, and reactivation with measurable results.
• Experience creating SOPs, outbound scripts, workflows, and training material.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Retention Specialists with clear KPIs.
• Conduct outbound calls to drive repeat transactions and reactivation.
• Design and refine retention SOPs, scripts, workflows and training materials.
