Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Billing Support Specialist based in Poland to deliver a seamless billing experience for international customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve payment issues, and work with engineering to improve processes in a fast-paced, globally distributed setting.

The role prioritizes clear communication in English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Fully remote work Options and ESOP may be available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer support experience including billing for technical customers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with asynchronous, globally distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple cases and high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Experience reproducing issues and creating test cases is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely initial responses to customer billing questions and inquiries across international markets.
• Investigate and troubleshoot billing issues, including failed payments and outstanding invoices.
• Guide customers to relevant documents and resources; share code examples and technical resources.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and workflows for billing support.
• Highlight recurring issues to drive product improvements and better billing experiences.
• Reproduce technical issues and create test cases to support troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Billing Engineering and stakeholders to resolve customer concerns.
