Jobgether in Poland is seeking a Product Lead to shape product strategy, drive roadmaps, and translate customer insights into measurable outcomes while mentoring Product Managers. The role is fully remote and part of an international environment.

You will collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, leverage analytics and experimentation, and deliver impactful solutions in the fast-paced iGaming sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Lead or similar leadership role.
• Experience in iGaming industry and understanding market dynamics.
• Ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution.
• Strong analytics, metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Ability to align stakeholders across complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Lead and develop Product Managers, fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee roadmaps, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Improve product management processes to strengthen business-technical collaboration.

• Identify opportunities from customer insights, market trends, and competition.
