Worldline in Warsaw seeks an experienced Senior Retention Specialist (Fixed-term) to coordinate cross-market retention initiatives from the central planning team. You will validate regional applicability, govern implementations, track performance metrics, and prepare SteerCo materials.

The role requires 4+ years in customer marketing or related leadership, strong data skills (SQL/Excel, BI tools), Salesforce experience, and fluent English. Hybrid work setup in Poland with a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a customer marketing, sales or customer service leadership role in an international organisation.
• Business studies (bachelor’s/master’s degree) or comparable qualification.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with action-oriented planning.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and persistence.
• CRM/CS platforms experience (Salesforce); BI tools (SQL/Excel; Power BI/Tableau) a plus.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment and influence across regions.
• Strategic/analytical thinking, teamwork, and project leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade senior management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain an exhaustive set of retention levers and tailor them regionally.
• Govern follow-up processes for lever implementations with clear owners and timelines.
• Engage stakeholders to secure alignment, approvals, and timely execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs and quantify lever impact for leadership.
• Build managerial dashboards and SteerCo materials with progress updates.
• Collaborate with Regions, Sales, CSM, Marketing, and Finance to execute initiatives.
• Identify data/tool needs and optimize data pipelines and dashboards.
