Job summary

Jobgether partner company seeks a Customer Onboarding Specialist based in Poland. You will be the primary contact for new business partners, guiding them from initial communication and document collection to account verification and final approval.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Sales, Operations and Customer Success to ensure onboarding is smooth, accurate, and timely. Requirements include 1+ year in onboarding or related roles, strong documentation and communication skills, CRM

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer onboarding, support, or related role.
• Strong documentation review and data accuracy abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple onboarding cases remotely.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience with KYC or business verification is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto onboarding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new partners.
• Collect KYC data, ownership details and required materials.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy and chase gaps.
• Enter partner data into CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Compliance to finalize approvals.
• Monitor case progress and inform stakeholders of delays.
• Support seamless handover to ongoing partner success teams.
• Handle sensitive information per privacy procedures.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Track activity, timelines, and documentation for reporting.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline research and tasks.
