Job summary

Threlkeld - Company Insurance is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to oversee a portfolio in trucking and oil & gas sectors. You will service accounts, advise on coverages, manage claims, and collaborate with producers, underwriters and clients to tailor insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes client service, relationship building, and proactive risk management, with a hybrid/remote setup in Texas and standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial insurance account management.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Experience with AMS360 and ImageRight preferred.
• Strong communication, analytics and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service commercial accounts focused on trucking and oil & gas.
• Guide coverages, risk management, policy changes, claims handling and billing.
• Build relationships with clients, producers and carriers.
• Analyze exposures and advise on coverage options and renewals.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes for clients.
• Assist clients with claims processes with carriers and adjusters.
• Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight to maintain records.
• Support producers in cross-selling and client retention.
• Coordinate with underwriting on terms, pricing and enhancements.
