Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of trucking insurance agent experience.
• Remote training experience is a plus.
• Able to create training documents, videos, call monitoring guides, and syllabi.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and patient.
• Comfortable working with bilingual staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on trucking insurance policies and regulations for agents.
• Coach new trucking sales agents in prospecting, relationships, presentations, and closing.
• Document and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with management to improve workflows and reduce errors.
• Create training materials and e-learning modules.
• Stay current with FMCSA regulations and insurance best practices.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams to align training with needs.
