Job summary

Netwrix is seeking an End User Productivity & Collaboration Admin in Kraków to drive adoption, optimization, and support of digital workplace tools across the enterprise. This role ensures Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom are effectively deployed, governed, and continuously improved.

You will train users, enforce governance, monitor usage with Power BI, and lead Tier 2 support while exploring AI-driven enhancements in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Power BI).
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom.
• Develop and deliver training programs for digital collaboration.
• Governance, data sharing policies, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor adoption with Power BI and usage analytics.
• Lead Tier 2 support for collaboration tools.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve user experience.
• Partner with HR and department leads to align collaboration strategies.
• Lead deployment of AI solutions to enhance enablement and workflows.
• Leverage Copilot Studio and Power BI to automate tasks.
