Job summary

Amer Sports is seeking a Collaboration & Productivity Platforms Manager in Kraków to lead a global team and own the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Atlassian. You will drive automation, AI adoption, and Digital Workplace transformation across a complex international organization.

You will manage eight professionals, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure scalable, cost-effective platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise collaboration or Digital Workplace platforms in a global org.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration tech.
Proven experience managing SaaS platforms across collaboration, work management, automation, and productivity domains.
Experience establishing platform governance, lifecycle management, and service ownership models.

Responsibilities

Own the global strategy and roadmap for Collaboration & Productivity Platforms.
Define capabilities and align with Digital Workplace, EA, and business priorities.
Lead platform standardization and consolidation across Business Units.
Ensure reliable delivery with KPIs, ownership models, and standards.
Oversee governance for access, workspaces, applications, and data.
Drive automation, AI initiatives, and Digital Workplace Transformation.
Partner with vendors, procurement, and finance on licensing and cost.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into priorities.
