Job summary

This senior individual contributor role combines strategic leadership with deep execution, demanding vision, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact on enterprise adoption and ARR growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading SaaS product management.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data security, or identity governance.
• Deep knowledge of DSPM and data security capabilities.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Security domains end-to-end (e.g., data discovery, access governance, identity-to-data risk mapping, compliance automation).
• Define multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer value.
• Drive AI-powered remediation and security insights differentiating the platform.
• Collaborate with platform PMs to leverage core platform capabilities.
• Expand interoperability with data platforms and enterprise tools.
• Own KPIs for adoption, ARR contribution, and risk reduction.
