Job summary

Amer Sports Kraków is seeking an IT Engineer for Collaboration & Productivity Platforms to help shape how more than 10,000 employees work across the globe. You will own Microsoft 365 services, drive automation, and partner with Security, IAM, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, security, compliance, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with M365 backup, recovery, retention, archiving, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Build workspace provisioning, lifecycle management, and governance solutions.
• Develop automation and self-service using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and relevant M365 APIs.
