Qualifications

• Experience in Level‐2 operations, incident/request handling, and standard change execution.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.
• B2 proficiency in either French or Italian is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve major and complex incidents within the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes.
• Administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration for security and compliance.
