You will convert high-value leads, manage structured follow-ups, and maintain CRM accuracy while protecting clinic relationships. The base is paid in USD with commissions and tiered bonuses; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, travel or remote B2C sales.
• Comfortable handling long-cycle sales and high-value deals.
• Disciplined follow-up executor and comfortable being audited on performance.
• Resilient under rejection and objections; proficient with CRM tools.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts in a fully remote setup.

Responsabilités

• Convert inbound and outbound high-value leads into qualified, deposit-ready bookings.
• Execute structured follow-up sequences with minimum touchpoints.
• Handle objections around price, travel, fear and clinic credibility.
• Position treatment packages and quotes professionally; ensure deposits and attendance.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and protect clinic relationships; optimize conversion.
