Medical Departures Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative (Patient Coordinator) to help patients worldwide book dental treatments through our platform.

This is a fully remote position with a fixed monthly base in USD and lucrative commission opportunities. You will convert inbound/outbound leads via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email, achieve monthly targets, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to improve lead quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably healthcare or remote B2C.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English, strong communication.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple channels.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email into bookings.
• Follow up to close deals and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Operations to align patients and clinics.
• Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Provide warm, informative support across channels.
