Job summary

Full Circle CX is seeking a Client Associate to be the front line for our clients, handling onboarding, communications, and daily operational support from a home-based setup.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage client expectations, and ensure timely responses across email, phone, chat, and tickets while delivering exceptional service.

Neutral English accent and strong multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Neutral English accent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to pass a background check and sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, capture leads, take orders, and schedule appointments from home.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and reminders.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts.
• Assist with onboarding, setup, and implementation processes.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, chat or tickets.
• Maintain knowledge of client expectations and service details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
