Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will be the main contact for clients, delivering concierge-level account assistance and ensuring communications stay within approved tools.

In this role you will conduct scheduled client calls, aid platform navigation, manage client threads within SLA, maintain accurate CRM notes, and escalate issues in line with compliance rules while protecting data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: provide professional, warm messages within the Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: conduct scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation.
• Queue & SLA Management: prioritize unread threads and ensure SLA compliance.
• CRM Administration: maintain accurate client notes in the system.
• Escalation & Compliance: identify red flags and escalate per compliance rules.
