Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team remotely through the Assetara platform. You will be the primary contact for clients, delivering professional, warm, and concierge-level account assistance within official workspaces.

The role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and platform support, while strictly avoiding any investment advice or regulated activity.

Qualifications

• Professional remote work discipline, time management, and window availability compliance.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data protection, handling client data per documented instructions.
• Prohibitions: no personalized investment advice, no handling of funds/private keys, no unapproved channels.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation under compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA adherence, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries per rules.
