Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, and concise communication within the Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads and ensure SLA compliance.
• CRM Administration: Maintain client notes accurately in the system.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate according to compliance rules.
