Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Client Services Associate to act as the first level of support for existing clients and manage language projects from start to finish.

You will collaborate with the production team to estimate scope, timelines and budgets, ensuring client expectations are met and projects stay on track. Training and career growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Customer service or project management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope and produce cost/timeline estimates.
• Provide budget, schedule and instructions to project team and anticipate roadblocks.
• Address pitfalls with the client before submission to production team.
• Set up project specifics to ensure success for production team/individual projects.
• Learn clients’ industry and business needs, educating the team and providing high-level service.
• Monitor progress, meet deadlines and budgets, produce high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as liaison between external client contacts and internal production staff.
• Set and fulfill client expectations.
• Comply with internal regulations and ISO-aligned procedures.
• Troubleshoot project issues as needed.
• Communicate project instructions effectively to the production team.
• Investigate client complaints when applicable.
• Discuss issues with clients and production staff to resolve problems.
