Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional, warm, concierge-level account assistance, while ensuring compliance and security.

In this role you will handle client communication, CRM administration, and support services, conduct scheduled calls, guide clients through the platform, and escalate any red flags or issues in line with

Responsibilities

Provide professional, warm, and concise client communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while strictly adhering to compliance limits.
Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance disciplines, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete client notes within the system without copying unnecessary personal data.
Immediately identify and elevate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries according to company compliance rules.
