Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Manager, Carrier Download to lead strategy and execution for carrier policy, billing and claims data flow into our Agency Management System. You will drive automation, data integrity, and scalable processes across growth initiatives, acquisitions, and system migrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in insurance operations.
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of carrier download functionality, IVANS connectivity, direct carrier feeds, policy data structures, and workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with operations, technology, finance, carriers, vendors and agencies.
• Strong analytical, project management, process improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, governance structures and performance measures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and align across teams without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise carrier download strategy across carriers, agencies, and business lines.
• Create and manage a multi-year roadmap aligned with efficiency, integrations, and growth.
• Improve data quality through validation, reconciliation, exception handling and QA processes.
• Partner withFinance, Operations, Technology, carriers and vendors to ensure scalable configurations.
• Build reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to track adoption and performance.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
