First Connect Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to own carrier discovery and access across 150+ relationships. You will shape the carrier marketplace and coordinate with Engineering, Design, and the business team to drive end-to-end solutions.

You will influence without formal authority, work with Scrum/Kanban as needed, and communicate across English and Polish; remote-friendly with Poland-based meetings. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to influence engineers, designers, and partners without formal authority.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban practices as needed.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own the carrier discovery and access roadmap and strategy.
• Drive product strategy and define how agents discover carriers and request access across 150+ relationships.
• Decide which problems to prioritize and defend decisions with solid reasoning.
• Own the Carrier Store end-to-end and the 150+ carrier processes workflows.
• Coordinate with carrier partners and internal teams on access requirements and timing.
• Inspire cross-functional teams to align around a shared problem framing and solution.
