Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for Poland & Hungary. You will drive indirect sales strategy, partner with distributors, and expand market share across industrial markets.

The role requires strong B2B experience and cross-functional leadership, with significant field activity. Reporting to the EMEA Indirect Sales Channel Director, you will engage with customers, identify opportunities, and coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams to

Qualifications

Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or business.
Minimum 5 years in Market/Business Development in a tech B2B environment with distributor/partner management.
Customer relations management experience desirable.
Fluent Polish and English.
Willingness to travel 70%+ on the field.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead sales and business development strategies to achieve market leadership and sustainable growth in Poland & Hungary.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing and BD activities.
Establish relationships with customers and market segments to capture voice of the customer feedback.
Identify market opportunities and monitor competition; develop channel tactics with distributors.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows; report to the EMEA Indirect Sales Channel Director.
