Job summary
Markem-Imaje seeks a Business Development Manager for Poland & Hungary to lead indirect sales strategies, partnering with distributors, customers, and internal teams. You will identify market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and balance field activity with admin tasks, reporting to the EMEA Indirect Sales Channel Director.
The role requires 5+ years in technology-based B2B BD, strong cross-functional leadership, and fluent Polish and English.
Qualifications
- Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or business.
- At least 5 years of market/business development experience in a technology-based B2B environment.
- Distributor/Partner management experience preferred.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Willingness to travel 70%+ and perform field activity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive actions and exceed targets.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competition.
- Use Salesforce.com to map sales efficiency and revenue progression.
- Develop high value-added propositions and support distributors’ sales tactics.
- Travel and field activity 70%+ as required.
