Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Business Development Manager for Poland & Hungary to drive indirect sales and market leadership. You will partner with distributors, manage customer relationships and help shape sales tactics across regions.

The role requires substantial field activity (70%), travel, and close collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams. Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in market/business development in a technology-based company.
• Experience in distributor/partner management within FMCG/industrial sectors is valued.
• Fluent Polish and English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and BD strategies to drive market leadership in Poland & Hungary.
• Collaborate with distributors/partners and internal teams to exceed targets.
• Identify opportunities, monitor competition, and map sales performance.
• Attend industry events and manage field-based activities ~70% time.
