Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager (Indirect Sales) to lead sales and market development for Poland and Hungary. You will partner with distributors, drive channel strategies and align marketing, pre-sales and service teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Reporting to the EMEA Indirect Sales Channel Director, based in Spain, you will travel, build strong customer relationships and develop high value propositions.

Competenze

• Master/bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or business.
• Minimum 5 years in Market/Business Development in a technology-based B2B environment.
• Experience with Distributor/Partner management is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead sales and business development strategies to achieve market leadership in Poland & Hungary.
• Collaborate with distributors, internal stakeholders, marketing and pre-sales teams.
• Establish ongoing connections with customers and market segments to gather feedback.
• Identify opportunities, threats and monitor competition; drive channel actions to exceed targets.
• Participate in industry events and manage partner meetings; report to EMEA Indirect Sales Channel Director.
