Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Business Development Manager for Poland & Hungary to lead indirect sales strategies, drive market growth, and manage distributor relationships. The role requires strong collaboration with marketing, pre-sales and external partners, and a hands-on field presence.

You will report to the EMEA Indirect Sales Channel Director and travel ~70% with a remote-friendly setup across Poland and Hungary. Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Market / Business Development in a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions focused on Distributor/Partner management.
• Customer relations management experience strongly desired.
• Ability to drive change and influence, lead cross-functional teams.
• Polish & English fluent; other languages are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to exceed commercial targets.
• Identify market opportunities and monitor competition activities.
• Use sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to map prospects and revenue progression.
• Collaborate with distributors, marketing and pre-sales service teams on sales tactics.
• Attend partner meetings with customers and perform prospecting and follow-ups for large accounts.
