Job summary

Altherias is seeking a Business Analyst for a key client based in Warsaw. The role is mainly remote with ad-hoc on-site presence as needed.

You will translate business needs into clear specifications, support requirements definition, and contribute to process improvements across several domains. Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML and MS technologies is preferred. Candidates should have 5+ years IT experience and 3+ years as a BA, with at least one BA certification.

Qualifications

• Complete lifecycle of a software solution.
• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation.
• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
• UML diagrams (capability, activity, state, data models).
• Proficient with modelling tools such as Sparx EA or Aris Architect.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into clear specifications and user stories.
• Supports requirements definition and management, solution iden tification and feasibility studies.
• Designs and validates business processes, contributing to testing and QA.
• Identifies and drives continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Supports organizational change and transformation with roadmaps and coaching.
