Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a railway sector IT project. You will refine business processes, deliver analytical artefacts, backlog items, use cases and tests while producing technical documentation. Strong data verification with SQL/JSON and hands-on diagramming are required.

The role is 100% remote in Poland, with a B2B cooperation model and immediate to 2-week start. Fluency in Polish at C2 level is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Lead IT Business Analyst or equivalent, with proven delivery
• Experience refining business processes and delivering analytical artefacts (mockups, backlog, use cases)
• Proficient in UML, ArchiMate and BPMN notations
• Hands-on experience with Sparx EA, Jira and Azure DevOps
• Fluent Polish (C2) written and spoken

IT Business Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support an ongoing IT project for a client in the railway sector. Your work will focus on refining business processes based on previously conducted analysis and delivering key analytical artefacts mockups, backlog, use cases, test scenarios, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Refine business processes using prepared analytical materials and prior analysis outputs
• Create and maintain mockups (wireframes) and product backlog
• Develop use cases and test scenarios
• Create and update analytical and technical documentation
• Verify data using SQL/JSON

Requirements

Technical

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead IT Business Analyst, with a proven track record
• Knowledge of Angular and .NET technologies, including high availability mechanisms
• Familiarity with modern frontend, backend, UI/UX frameworks and database solutions
• Proficiency in UML 2.5.1, ArchiMate 3.1, and BPMN 2.0 notations
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps
• Basic knowledge of SQL/JSON for data verification
• Fluent Polish – minimum C2 level, spoken and written
