Job summary

ARHS is seeking a senior Business Analyst to analyse and model complex business processes in a large IT environment in Poland. You will elicit, document and translate business needs into requirements while supporting product owners and development teams through the solution lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience with BPMN, UML and data models, plus strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Warsaw on-site position with enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in BA or similar role.
• Experience across complete software lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Proficiency in BPMN and data modelling is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and model business processes, capabilities, value streams, roles, data and org structures.
• Elicit, document and analyse business requirements and user needs.
• Translate needs into business requirements specifications.
• Support product owners and dev teams through the solution lifecycle.
• Maintain and track requirements and user stories from inception to implementation.
• Map goals, benefits, priorities, capabilities and system features.
• Analyse existing systems and operating models for improvements.
• Support evaluation of options, feasibility and business cases.
• Design, validate and optimise processes using BPMN.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify efficiency improvements
• Prepare and maintain business analysis artefacts
• Communicate objectives, needs and scope to stakeholders
