Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support an ongoing IT project for a client in the railway sector. This remote Poland role requires refining business processes, delivering backlog and use cases, and producing technical documentation. You will verify data with SQL/JSON and collaborate across stakeholder teams.

We expect 5+ years as a Lead IT BA, deep knowledge of Angular/NET, UML/ArchiMate/BPMN, and hands-on Sparx EA experience. Polish language fluency (C2) is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead IT Business Analyst, with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of Angular and .NET technologies, including high availability mechanisms.
• Familiarity with modern frontend, backend, UI/UX frameworks and database solutions.
• Proficiency in UML 2.5.1, ArchiMate 3.1, and BPMN 2.0 notations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/JSON for data verification.
• Fluent Polish – minimum C2 level, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Refine business processes using prepared analytical materials and prior analysis outputs.
• Create and maintain mockups (wireframes) and product backlog.
• Develop use cases and test scenarios.
• Create and update analytical and technical documentation.
• Verify data using SQL/JSON.
