Job summary

Happy Mammoth is seeking a Designer/Art Director to own the visual voice of the brand across web, social, email, and packaging. You will guide creative direction while also producing key assets, balancing hands-on craft with leadership to maintain a sharp, consistent, growth-oriented storytelling approach.

The role is full-time and fully remote, with emphasis on B2C marketing experience and collaboration with an international team. EU hours compatibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, ideally in an agency or marketing-focused environment with a track record of owning brand or campaign-level creative direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative direction and hands-on design across web assets, social media, email creatives, and packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.
• Experience with motion graphics, 3D visualization, and basic product photography is a strong plus.
• Strategic creative thinker with branding sensibility, translating business goals into visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand's overall visual identity across web, social, email, and packaging.
• Set creative direction for campaigns translating objectives into compelling visuals.
• Design and produce hero assets: website banners, landing pages, product galleries, campaign visuals.
• Review social media content to ensure brand consistency and strategy alignment.
• Direct email marketing creative: headers, product showcases, banners, newsletters.
• Lead product packaging design from concept to execution for shelf and e-commerce impact.
• Oversee creation of e-books, digital plans, and training materials reflecting brand identity.
• Champion motion design and 3D visualization initiatives for product and campaigns.
• Shoot and edit semi-professional product photography for web and media campaigns.
• Provide creative feedback and mentorship to designers and freelancers.
