Job summary

Happy Mammoth PTD LTD in Kraków is seeking a Designer/Art Director to own the brand's visual voice across web, social, email, and packaging while hands-on designing key assets. You will balance strategic leadership with craft, guide campaigns, produce hero visuals, direct motion design and 3D visualization, and mentor a global team of designers and freelancers.

The role is full-time and remote, with availability during EU hours (GMT).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design or art direction, ideally in a marketing-focused environment with ownership of brand or campaign-level creative direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative direction and hands-on design across web assets, social media, email creatives, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand's overall visual identity across web, social, email, packaging, and beyond.
• Set creative direction for campaigns and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
• Design and produce hero assets: website banners, landing pages, product galleries, and key visuals.
• Review social media content to ensure on-brand output across platforms.
• Direct email marketing creative: headers, product showcases, banners, and newsletters.
• Lead product packaging design from concept to execution balancing aesthetics with ecommerce impact.
• Oversee creation of e-books, digital plans, and training materials reflecting brand identity.
• Champion motion design and 3D visualization to elevate product and campaign presentation.
• Direct or edit semi-professional product photography for web, social, and media campaigns.
• Provide creative feedback and mentorship to designers/freelancers to maintain high craft and consistency.
