Job summary

Happy Mammoth is seeking a Designer/Art Director to own the visual voice of the brand across web, social, email, and packaging. You’ll balance hands-on craft with creative leadership, guiding how the brand looks and feels across every touchpoint while shipping high‑quality assets.

This fully remote, full‑time role favors candidates with B2C marketing experience and the ability to work EU hours. You’ll drive campaigns, mentor designers, and elevate motion design, 3D visualization, and photography

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction in an agency or marketing-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showing brand/campaign level creative direction across web, social, email and packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.
• Experience with motion graphics, 3D visualization, and basic product photography is a strong plus.
• Strategic creative thinker with branding, design trends, and performance-driven visual storytelling.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with ability to mentor designers.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand's visual identity across web, social, email, packaging, and beyond.
• Set creative direction for campaigns by translating objectives into visual concepts.
• Design and produce high-quality hero assets: banners, landing pages, galleries, and campaign visuals.
• Review social media content for consistency and on-brand execution.
• Direct email marketing creative: headers, product showcases, banners, and newsletters.
• Lead product packaging design from concept to execution for shelf and e-commerce impact.
• Oversee creation of e-books, digital plans, and training materials reflecting brand identity.
• Champion motion design and 3D visualization to elevate product presentation.
• Direct or shoot and edit semi-professional product photography for web and campaigns.
• Provide creative feedback and mentorship to designers/freelancers.
