Job summary

IKEA Poznań-based team within Ingka Business Service Center seeks a Junior HR/Payroll specialist. You will process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA Co-workers in Hungary, answer questions via email and phone, and manage personal data under supervision.

You will be supported by Team Leaders and a Buddy during onboarding, with remote recruitment and a hybrid working arrangement in a modern, IKEA-styled office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English is required.
• Background in P&C, payroll, or Hungarian philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Willingness to improve MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ongoing orders and changes in HR systems.
• Liaise with the national P&C unit to clarify insurance applications.
• Work with Excel to extract and review reports.
• Mentor onboarding buddy and participate in coaching sessions.
• Handle helpline inquiries via phone/email/chat.
• Review company news and participate in team briefings.
